Judging by the current midi notes, your keys are not configured correctly. Make sure that the positions of all virtual keys match the positions of the keys on the virtual keyboard. To do this, set the position of the first virtual keyboard and change the "White Key Width" and "Black Key Y Offset" values.

Also, check the base octave in the conversion settings; it looks like your notes are a bit higher than they should be. Alternatively, you can select all the notes in the note editor and manually move them down an octave.
